What kind of TV do you have. If it is an HD LCD (or Plasma) you may have a VGA input on the TV and a sound input (like the headphone jack). Plug in a standard VGA monitor cable and a 3.5mm to 3.5mm sound cable and then set your laptop to output the display to the external "monitor" (i.e., TV).0

The laptop has a VGA port, and unless your television is real cheap chinese crap then it will more than likely have a VGA input.
If you want the audio to be played through the TV as well, you'll need a seperate lead for that (normally male 3.5mm to male 3.5mm stereo jack).Remember kids, it's the volts that jolt and the mills that kill.0
