Has anyone got any bright ideas as to how I could find cheap land in the South East to build on? It’s all very expensive and I have even considered asking local land owners to enter into a leasehold agreement with me so that I may build on the Leasehold for which I am the lessee.
Anyway my questions are:
1. Is there any place that i can go to to purchase cheap land to build on?
2. My idea of finding someone who has land and getting their agreement for me to build on it as a lessee sounds far fetched but do people do this kind of thing and if so where can I get information on this?

If anyone had an idea about finding cheap building land in SE, they would find the land themselves, buy it and then either build on it or sell it on at a profit.If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales0
