I wanna buy a Tastiwave!!

Keep seeing this tv advert in the morning selling this kitchen appliance. Really tempted to get one, but heard horror stories about the delivery time, i read that people do like it when it comes but there is a long backlog of orders.

By the time you've added on customs duty, vat and the Post Office handling charge it's going to cost nigh on 60 quid which seems expensive to me for a load of pans to put in the microwave.

The plates and pans are metal with a coating which I would guess is sillicone. If you damage that coating in any way and expose the metal underneath you might as well sling them in the bin.

Some of the cooking times looked a bit daft. 15 minutes to cook broccolli which is crazy. 5 and a half minutes to 'grill' hot dogs.

In my opinion it's a waste of money. The JML Halogen Oven costs about the same and will easily outperform the Tastiwave and you'll still have your microwave to use for other things.
