Sounds like you need a mail merge doc set up. You'll have more chance of an answer if you get this moved to the 'Techie' board though.

hi, in Word you need to look up the Help file for "ASK Fields" and "REF Fields".

You can get word to call up an ASK prompt where you type in the answer once - eg Mr xxxx - and then you set up fields so that it REFerences that answer you gave and puts it into those fields automaticallly. Let me know if you need more help. :)

Feeling extra helpful so here is the lowdown:-
With the cursor at the top of your master template:
    Insert, Field.
In the left side select ASK.
In the "Prompt" enter something to remind you eg Enter Name.
In the Bookmark field enter something eg NAME
    Select Insert

Next, put your cursor where you want the Name to appear.
    Insert, Field.
In the left panel choose REF
In the bookmark area, select the bookmark name you gave above - eg NAME.
    Insert.

Repeat each place you want the name to appear.

NOTE: This master document has to be saved a word template (.DOT) for it to prompt correctly and not as a word document (.DOC).

    Hope that helps ;)
