Trouble accessing on line finance

DS received an email requesting his evidence. It was sent special delivery just before the closing date.

I sent it together with DD's (and cross referenced) as I couldn't send original documents twice at the same time.

Trying to log on to the site but I am getting 'security certificate not valid', which has not happened before. Is this happening to anyone else?

Thanks,

Thats to do with the website. You can ignore security certificates in your browser settings.

Thanks, it was just worrying because it has not been like that previously on same PC and browser.

DS phoned them and was told that they have not yet opened mail received after 6th June, so not to worry.

It would be nice if the email had said 'Please ignore if you have sent in your evidence after 6th June'

sadly they couldn't organise anything as helpful as that
i have NEVER dealt with an organisation as poorly organised as Student Finance - the information you get from them is constantly in conflict with previous information they have given and as for completing the form online
    only one word for it
    NIGHTMARE !!!
