how easy is it to remove paint from brickwork on the front of a property and the cost and time of such works? thanks

As a sweeping generalisation, a few or several hundred quid. I think it needs chemically removing usually, try a few sandblasting type companies, but don't get it sandblasted.A house isn't a home without a cat.
