Have they not refunded the £13.50? They do it as two transactions - full payment followed by a refund for the discounted amount.

I'm confused, as I haven't entered any card info for payment, but got to the order complete page??

I selected credit card payment and, like you, I was a bit concerned that the full amount appeared but, on the next page, it is deducted and you get the £10 off and free P & P.

It sounds like you accepted the default option of flexible payment which means they will probably mail you the bill with the order.

I placed an order last night. Went through the link given in a post on this thread. I Printed off the confirmation page which clearly showed the discount. I then received an e-mail confirming my order. This was for the full amount!! don't know what happened to the discount!

I immediatley sent an e-mail back explaining what had happened. I then received a message saying they are busy and I would hear from them in 3-5 days.

My email confirming the order shows the discount although it does say

All orders are subject to stock availability and meeting our terms and conditions

so I'll just have to wait and see whether they change anything.

i e-mailed LX after placing my order/being charged, saying cancell order
if i can't use the code & please explain why code not applied.
No reponse, but items arrived today. I've been fully charged & LX not responding to e-mails querying it.
I'e used a lot of codes with little problem - but never littlewoods. I'd avoid like the plague
