My employment with my employer terminated at the beginning of July according to my compromise agreement. I only got the agreement last week, but I am still sorting out a compromise agreement with the lawyers. This may take another week or two.
My employer has not issued a P45 or will give any references until the compromise agreement is signed and settled.
Am I entitled to claim any benefits from the beginning of July, I cannot get new employment until I have the above information. So I kind of find myself in no man’s land.
Do I just have to wait it out?:cool:
