EA phoned regarding a house I was interested and he asked me to increase my offer and the seller will accept. Told him I will think about it, that was on tuesday and today the house is no longer on the agent's or right move website. Does that mean the seller has accepted another offer? He did say they have another buyer who has not sold his house yet. I have decided to walk away from it. The EA behaves as if they do not want my business and I do not feel comfortable dealing with them at all. Thanks

i would contact the estate agent. i thought they had to contact everyone who had put offers in on a property before they accept a final offer. Just incase you also wanted to put in an offer.0
