Contract Andriod phone has stopped working after 5 days!

Hi,
We picked up a HTC wildfire from Phones4u on Friday, charged it last night and this morning it wouldn't turn on.
I haven't been able to speak with the store yet as after 45 minutes ringing they still haven't answered their phone!
Am I entitled to a replacement? If they try to send it for repair I will be without a phone for god knows how long and surely if it dies after 5 days there is a problem with it.
I did take out insurance becuase it was free for 3 months but there is an excess to pay which I don't feel I should have to use after 5 days.
What are my rights?

Take it back they will replace it for the same handset if it's within 28 days of connection.0

Assuming it's actually faulty, you can reject the goods as not fit for purpose under the Sale of Goods Act.0
