Credit Rating Following PPI Success

I've recently won my case against Loans.co.uk who have now to refund my PPI premiums etc (took 2 years). I paid the loan off early and was hit with a charge of £10k over the original loan. I paid the loan off but the additional £10k left me with some financial difficulties (to say the least). I've managed to struggle on for the last two years however the last couple of months I've missed a couple of payments on CCs, which I wouldn't have had if I didn't have to pay the £10k in the first place. Is there a way of repairing any of this on my credit report following the ombudsman's decision as I wouldn't have been in the position if I hadn't been missold the PPI.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

im not sure about this as the payments on the CC have no relation to the loan and mis sold ppi, you may be able to get somthing added to your credit file like a note but i dont think this will make much difference0
