Pap have never used Lloyds but can recommend First Direct - fab for telephone/internet banking. Only downside is having to use HSBC to pay in the occasional cheque, rubbish counter service, my local branch always has queues.Nothing is so fatiguing as the eternal hanging on of an uncompleted task. :rotfl: LMC, I don't really have a problem with Natwest. They gave me a very very low rate credit card and I have had no problems ever with them (except trying to lower the £3k limit on my credit card
). However I have a major dislike to the new cards I have to have :mad: I suppose thats not a good reason to change backs though is it.
Elli, thats one big problem for me a Natwest and Lloyds are my only local bank's. HSBC, Santander etc are all at least a bus ride away, as they are all in town. Bit of a pain if I have to pay in cash/cheques.
