Read this with interest, as I too have just had to have a conversation with complaints about their cancellation charge (that I did not know about).
After the guy rambling on a bit ... got the impression he's been through this conversation many times before ... and me not backing down ... hes agreed to remove the charges.
What happened to me is that I signed up initially over 18 months ago to a tarrif, when that ran out they have put me on to another tarrif that incurrs the cancellation charge and probably would have done the same next year when that ran out...so basically you are always on a tarrif that incurrs a cancellation charge. How many out there are totaly unaware of this as they have been customers for years or will just accept the quote of 'its in the T&C so the charge stays'.0 -
Hiya i am on Scotiish power and we have begun process to moving to Eon, scottish power have come back saying they are cheaper than Eon now and prices have changed since 8th july this year,
anybody know aythiing about this
