    Guinea pigs have been cleaned out, dad has been visited, as has the bus station ;) Now time to chill out a bit before starting the baths and dinner routine.

    Morning all, another monday here again ...

    Isa money has gone out today so thats another £50 into the mortgage pot :D Signature has been adjusted.

    Last night I finally made myself start the 30day shred over again. Day one wasn't too bad at all, I managed to keep up all the way which is unheard of for the first day for me :) I don't really ache today either, my legs feel like they've done something for a change but they don't ache ;)

    So another day at work done :) Ds is playing with his friend right now, I've had a quick whizz round and its still pretty tidy, need to get on with the dinner soon really, just don't know what I fancy having yet.

    BB..... I did the 1st run yesterday on the C25k, have you got the app? It's fab, I don't think I could do it without it. It was hard work but I feel better for doing it x
