Hi all

I have used Kaspersky Internet Security for the last two years on both my PC and my DD's laptop with no problems. However, my daughter has logged today and tried to watch a music video on youtube and it came up as ACCESS DENIED and this message:

"The requested URL could not be retrieved

While trying to retrieve the URL:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tl-fhJvfnkY&feature=fvst

The following error was encountered:

Access to requested object is forbidden "

There was also a small box pop-up in the right hand corner saying something about "this webpage ............. stealing passwords, credit card details" etc???

I have tried to view on my PC and it is doing the same thing. We have never had this before, how do I "allow" youtube or should I not??

TIA :)
If at first you don't succeed ........ ;) Alternative autism therapies should be free!!
