Advice about inkjet cartridge

I'm sitting in front of a dead cartridge without any maker's name on it. It's a clone for use with Epson Stylus Photo R300M/R300/RX500.
Does anyone know if these can be refilled? (How?)
If not, does anyone know if they can be recycled?

I wouldn't fill them tbh Epson compatibles are cheap enough to get my last lot cost 99p each. You have to use just JR awful things I guess, messy and just isn't worth the argro assuming they do work.
As far as I no Epsons ain't recyclable I think the value in other cartridges hence why so expensive is that obviously costs due to the print heads being on cartridges, Epsons don't have that hence why they are cheap.
My last lot came from here

I also bought them from the past from Novatech and SVP0 -
