  • If this is correct this is not the way this policy was sold nor the understanding of how the policy works,
    Is this then not a case of a mis sold policy ?

  • I am a nationwide b/s customer... My contract is with nationwide.
    I must be careful what i say because i cant get a letter from either stating neither are still representing me! I lost everything because of a council who wanted to repair a hardstanding at the wrong address.

    I have had to remove letter conflict of interests.
    Das law will never allow any of us to win they already work for the opposition.

    We are then sub contracted out every 1 of us nationwide.nfu.halifax.loyyds.


    I was sub contracted out who the day before my arrest dwf law had done nothing for over 2 months.


    They told me to remove everything from the wrong address then went on holidays!


    Yes arrested from the wrong address my house!


    What happened is beyond your wildest nightmare!


    Das law a few weeks ago sent me a threatening letter yes it was...


    So my friends you can never win due to a conflict of interests i am still paying my premiums and fighting these scammers/fraudsters. Alone.


    I am a elderly severely disabled woman... Who was defrauded out of everything.




    And although i cant talk about the horror this my frinds is part of 1 of the biggest scams/fraud etc this country will ever know! Fighting 4 u all my friends.
    Your contract is no with das its with the people who protect you me nationwide building society.


    Das law numerous staff right to the ceo have blocked me! I wonder why?

    Further to our recent letter, the solicitors we have appointed to

    assess your claim have advised they are unable to act as they have

    identified a conflict of interest. A conflict of interest occurs when

    the duties a solicitor owes to his or her client come into conflict

    with the duties he or she owes to the court, to a different client or

    with the solicitor's personal interests.

    We have re-allocated your claim to Blake Morgan. All other details

    outlined in our previous communication remain the same.

    The solicitors will be contacting you within the next 48 hours and we
    apologise for the slight delay this has caused.


    There may be times during the course of your claim where you can ask
    us to appoint your own choice of solicitor such as:


    - Where court proceedings are issued


    - Where there is a conflict of interest


    - Any other circumstances where your policy allows this - please


    check your policy wording for more details

    If any of these circumstances occur and you would like us to consider
    appointing your own solicitor please contact your claims handler to

    I KNOW YOU WERE JUST WAITING FOR THE FAMOUS DAS LAW THREATENING LETTER AND HERE IT IS YES HAVE A VIDEO OF THEIR ALLEGED ASSAULT...
    THEN THE CONFLICT OF INTERESTS.


    NOW MY FRIENDS DO NOT TELL ME WHERE TO GO I HAVE BEEN THERE AND DONE THAT! YEP BEEN BLOCKED...HOW THEY USE AND LIE 2 THE OMBUDSMAN TO COVER UP THEIR CONFLICT OF INTERESTS.
    I HAVE IT ALL EVEN 11 PAGE THREATENING LETTER FROM POLICE TAKING INTO CONSIDERATION ARRESTED FROM WRONG ADDRESS.

    I refer to your recent e-mails.
    I note that you continue to raise issues regarding:
    As outlined in my previous e-mail, which I have attached for ease of reference, these issues have already been investigated and the matter has also been reviewed by the Financial Ombudsman Service . In summary, there is no cover for any of these issues and the Financial Ombudsman Service is satisfied that DAS have correctly declined to assist with these issues.
    I re-iterate that any further communication surrounding these historic issues will remain unanswered and I would urge you to cease communicating with DAS on these matters as it will only cause further distress and confusion.
    The only claim that we are potentially covering is that for injury following alleged assault by your neighbours . We have appointed DAS Law Solicitors to assess the legal merits of this personal injury claim against your neighbour only. The policy conditions outline that you must co-operate with us and the appointed representative.
    I forewarn you that if DAS Law Solicitors are unable to act because of your conduct, any failure to co-operate or any failure to give them appropriate instructions for the personal injury matter only; then the cover we provide for this claim may come to an end.
    I would therefore urge to engage and co-operate with DAS Law Solicitors by refraining from communicating about any other issues other than that relating to personal injury following the alleged assault by your neighbours.

  • How much per month do you pay in premiums? Directly to nationwide b/s,nfu,loyds bank,halifax. What did they do for your money?
    Your contract is with them..


    How much money did you pay in excess to das law?


    Nationwide 15 million customers a £1 each comes to how much?


    What amount of work did das law who sub contracts out to their mates do nothing! So are we talking alot of our money for absolutely nothing pure profit how much is das law/nfu/nationwide/loyds /halifax pulling in?


    Now when the person on this thread said why does nfu deal with das law look outside the box.


    Then what i was defrauded out of we are now into billions of money going where? Now you understand why i am threatened.


    Am i scared no i will not live by these scumbags rules,threats we fought wars to be free and i will never surrender to scumbags....


    Nationwide the peoples building society of course there not !

DAS then passed my claim to another firm and I had a similar experience – a complete lack of engagement, no discussion or advice. I had no option but to terminate their involvement and appoint my own solicitor, after which I received a letter from DAS threatening me with costs and terminating our legal expenses cover."

  • Had a solid claim of high value £40k. Das took three months to assess, did not return phone calls, said they hadn't done the job to schedule, because of holidays and "playing catch up" failed to make acas submission until reminded. Had review meeting of case pencilled in for one day after final submission date. They then put the icing on the cake. The review meeting notes were innacurate, contained incorrect assumptions and were given 50% chance of success. Cleverly, Das require chances of success to be 51%. So after paying for legal cover for 20 years they refuse to pay. Of course they would take on my case for £100 per hour. Steer clear, these people are clearly in it for the money only.
  • Dear all and victims of Das. I have suffered terribly at the hands of this corrupt organisation with losses of my very striong high value $900k++ Claims, due to the prejudice and unlawful acts by Das with the Law firms they appointed. Please join me in reporting this organisation to the media

  • Can anyone please share if they were ever made financial 'settlement' offers by Das under the terms and conditions below or any other?
    (1.) withdraw your complaints against Das
    (2.) and/or drop your insured Claims with Das.

    A few months before my Claims deadline at the Courts Das tried to get rid of me for £ 200k, dependent on my withdrawing my Complaints/Claims against Das with The FOS, and also dropping ALL my insured Claims with Das valued at £ 900k++, which they eventually deliberately sabotaged with the law firms.


    My very strong high value Claims were struck out because of the very long list of irretrievable failures by the law firms/Das, including they deliberately changed the name of the Defendant at the 12th hour. My Claims were issued against the wrong party and became null and void.

    To try and deal with Das individually is a dead end nightmare my advice is to contact the legal Insurance experts at Fenchurch Law to discuss your complaints at no obligation.
