Extractor fan for bathroom

Have started to notice that the paint is starting to peel on one wall in the bathroom and there is mould on some of the tiles. Am intending to strip back the paint and get proper bathroom paint. I also intend to hire a dehumidifier to remove moisture from the walls and was wondering if anyone could point me in the direction of a good quality fan for the bathroom to help in getting the steam out. Am not too worried about price, just want one that will do the job.
Cheers

I personally would go for a recognised make xpelair or ventaxia, xpelair do a fan with a built in humidistat and an override or one operated from the lighting circuit http://www.tlc-direct.co.uk/Products/XPCF20T.html
Dont forget though it is notifiable works under part p so will need to be done by a part p qualified sparks.
I have used this fan and installed 100's of them and have always found them to be reliable. You may click thanks if you found my advice useful0
