Shoes which rub -right to return?

Hi Guys,
After my disfunctional bra issue (which was successfully returned and refunded) I have another query about some shoes which I pruchased.
I bought a pair of canvas pumps from Topshop to replace some Primark ones I got last summer and had worn out. However, the Topshop ones, after wearing once have rubbed. If I wear them again I know it will rub the skin off my heel. The back heel part of the shoe is quite high and rigid which seems to be the problem (have since bought some more Primark ones with no probs).
My query is, do I have any right to return the shoes?Or will Topshop argue that it's just my tough luck and I should have bought another size (which wouldn't have fitted or they would have been to wide).???

As they are not in any way faulty Topshop are under no obligation to take them back, so no you have no right of return, it'll be at the retailer's discretion.0

Even though they are canvas, you will need to 'break them in'. All new shoes rub until they are broken in."You were only supposed to blow the bl**dy doors off!!"0

My pumps from tesco rubbed so I shoved some newspaper inside freezer bags and pushed them into the pumps overnight, they were fine after a good stretch.
Paper in freezer bag to prevent the ink rubbing onto the pumpsI’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Old style MoneySaving boards.

Thanks for your feedback guys. I saw in another post soap is also quite good so I might try that too. The annoying thing is that they cost more than the ones I had last year which didn't rub at all.brokeinyorkshire wrote: »Honestly.

Actually I can't recall the last time I had a pair of shoes that gave me blisters before these.Feb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16
