Atlantic Energy on-line billing query

I've e-mailed Atlantic with my query, but still waiting for reply. I wonder if anyone here can help.

With my last electricity provider I entered readings on-line at the end of each month and a bill appeared on-line a few days later. This was for information only as payments were being made by monthly direct debit.

With Atlantic I enter the readings each month (with difficulty as the reading box doesn't show low and normal readings for E7, but I enter the words 'low' and 'normal' against the readings), however no bill appears on-line. I get an automated reading received e-mail.

I've only been with them for 3 months and am registered for an on-line account.

Am I wrong in expecting a bill to be shown?

I've just had my query answered by Atlantic.

Seems they don't do monthly on-line billing. My readings will be used when the quarterly bills are prepared, but they will do a manual calculation for me at any time if requested.
