The White Company

Last year I bought some furniture from The White Company. I ordered online. My furniture arrived about 12 weeks later. I am very happy with it.

A few months ago I received a phone call from them to say that due to a technical error on their side no payment was made. I didn't notice this at the time but went back and checked and no payment was made.

They have now sent an invoice for this (£300.00). I called them a few weeks ago to pay but had to leave a message with their admin department and no one called back.

Out of interest does anyone know where I stand on this? I am going to call them back tomorow and pay as I don't like these things ongoing.

Where you stand with regards to what exactly?

If you're asking if you can get away with not paying, then legally in england they have 6 years to chase you for any monies owed.
You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride
