Recommended LCD 19 in monitor

hi,

my brother is looking for a lcd flat screen 19 inch monitor
whilst i know a little about pc hardware, i know next to nothing about flat screen monitors

any got any recommendations?
budget is up to £180

I have 2 AGNEOVO f-419... set me back about £150 a while back. should be cheaper now.

they come with 3 year on site warranty.
