I got a ticket too!

Hi, i got a parking ticket today, i was parked sort of half in a taxi bay (which is allowed for up to an hour) and half in a bus stop. I went into the bank with quick deposit envelopes containing over 70k and was literlally 30 seconds and there was a traffic warden issuing a ticket. I explained but she said she had already put the registration in. On the ticket it says observed from 12.31 to 12.32, one whole minute, half of which i was stood talking to her!
Do i have a chance if i appeal?

More info and pictures required before anyone can help, pics needed of the bay's - the signs - and the ticket both sides, blank the details of the ticket number and anywhere it states your registration number

You have a very, very good chance if you get advice from pepipoo.com forums and then appeal. They can get the vast majority of Council PCNs posted on there, cancelled (usually a bit later on in the whole 'game' - after formally appealing at the Notice to Owner stage, or just before adjudication).

As muckybutt says, pics needed are of the bays (markings at both ends of both bays), the signs, and the ticket both sides. Why not post the pics here and in a new thread on pepipoo.

I would be quietly confident someone can find you an 'out'.
