hiya,

iv just received a call from a company called claims advisory group stating that i could have been mis-sold on my loans and they could claim the money back for me.

iv only ever had one loan, a car loan with toyota for approx £6,000.

the company are sending me out a claim pack and stated that its no-win, no-fee. im just a little skeptical about things like this.

has anyone had any dealings with them? i never gave them any details other than my address.

These people are unscrupulous chancers. It is very unlikely that you were miss sold your Toyota loan, but if you were, it is something you could sort out yourself without involving parasites.

These people are the lowest of the low, and claims management companys are pretty low by any standards.

If you did get them to launch into a claim against Toyota - not even knowing if it is even applicable to your circumstances - then don't expect Toyota to ever want to help you again with car finance.

Demand for credit currently outstrips supply. Having shown your true colours to them, I know where I would tell you to shove your next car loan application
