buy or lease

hi people,

im currently leasing a nissan qashqai and the lease is up in a few months and im trying to work out what is the best option for me,

im looking at a BMW touring as offer 60mpg and plenty of space for the kids,

if i buy a 12k car it will cost about £400 a month, the same as a finance option from autoquake.com

this is also the same monthly cost for a lease of a new car,

the only option i havnt looked at is using equity in the house

any thoughts or comments

Did you ask what the AER% is for those deals? That looks like a very expensive PCP finance deal :eek:
