99.999% of my auctions go without a hitch, today I have htree buyers who have frustrated me.

1st buyer is on AOL and I cannot get any emails to her,even via ebay. They don't bounce back but she isn't getting them as she just keeps asking the same questions and it is obvious my emails have not reached her. I feel a phone call coming on.

2nd buyer bought something Tuesday, paid yesterday afternoon so I wrapped the item and told him it is going to the PO this morning. Last night he wins a second item, emails me a few minutes ago (using my despatch email ) saying he expects a postage discount and he'll hold payment until I can adjust the invoice. I have emailed back explaining that there can't be any discount as the items were neither paid for in the same transaction nor will they be sent together as one item is already packed and sealed.

Third buyer wins an item pays for 2nd class postage and then adds a curt note to paypal..make sure this is sent 1st as its urgent. I'm posting early today so don't have time to return her paypal payment and send a new invoice before I go, yet I am such a wimp and for the sake of 30p difference will probably send it 1st anyway to avoid a neg.

I am off to Italy today to escape from this for 10 days. Over 400 days I have done this 7 days a week....I need get a life for a few days and escape scenes like this.

This weeks nightmares...retail boxes posted back (returns) in no packing, my suppliers are going to love that and possibly reject the returns. Item returned witn no note saying who returned it. Item returned with no communication prior to return..arghh!

Soolin: Third Buyer. Your obviously a better seller than I am, because if I state 2nd class I would post it 2nd class!

1 x 30p = 30p. This done once a week is 52 x 30p = £15.60 ... which should be in my back pocket!

My AOL buyer has finally got one of my emails (but thank you for the offer mishkanorman), she said she gets lots of hassle from aol and is sorry for sounding frustrated at my lack of response. She actually sounds quite nice, I think she realises that she should have been aware if she'd had problems in the past it might have been AOL again and is a bit embarrassed.

Number 2 buyer has agreed that no discount is due, and thanks me for rushing his items to him.

Number 3 is the only one that I didn't resolve, and ended up costing me quite a bit. I went to the main PO as they allow my items to go through as a large letter, but due to massive queues they tend to get harrassed and make silly mistakes and I usually watch them like a hawk. This time thought despite me having everything in seperate piles, they sent all my large letters 1st and they did it and stamped them before I realised. I had actually only wanted that one item to go 1st...so I suppose that was 9 extra people who got 1st class instead of the 2nd class they paid for. Still, at least they went as letters, rather than packages.
