Reduce the price by 5K and ensure that the pictures of your property are top notch. Have them retaken if they're fuzzy/poor0

we have had our 2 bed first time buyers house up for sale since april and so far we have had only 5 viewings. all the people loved our house but they all were not sure of their mortgages. Anyay contacted our estate agents stating that to why we have had very slow progress. We are with two agents which is duel agency .
If you put a rightmove link up, people will be able to give advice/tell you what has sold in your area and for what price.RENTING? Have you checked to see that your landlord has permission from their mortgage lender to rent the property? If not, you could be thrown out with very little notice.
