My bank is driving me crazy!

For four weeks now I have been locked out on my internet banking login with Alliance & Leicester. I set up a new savings account and when I tried to link the accounts together within my current account login screen it locked me out. It did the same through the new savings account the same thing happened. I have been trying to get this resolved for over three weeks. I am told something different each time I call and the deadline of it being resolved keeps moving. I have made an official complaint and have heard nothing from Customer Services.
I know need a statement from the new savings account for a mortgage application. As I cannot login and print my own I asked A&L to post one to me. They sent me the wrong statement! I called again this morning to ask they fax the statement to my home fax which they refused to do for security reasons - there is only me here at home to receive it so security isn't an issue! HMRC faxed my self assessment statement and so did Halifax so why not A&L?! They could only offer to fax it to my nearest branch in Reading which is over 12 miles away with a £10 credit to cover my petrol.
This does nothing for the stress and frustration they have caused me over the last few weeks nevermind the time I have spent each time calling (& not being able to do billable work) and my mortgage offer will expire if we don't receive the paperwork in time before we go away on holiday next week.
Is there anything I can do to complain or seek compensation? I have two business bank accounts with A&L and three personal accounts.

well i got my account susspended for no reason so i cant access money that i need to live and they wont even help me thats how my bank treats me0

The best action to take is surely to close your account and find a bank that will meet your needs.0
