ive just had a guy from southern electric cold calling, he wouldnt take no for an answer, and kept trying to push into our house, he was quite a big guy, i feel sorry for all the little old men and women in the village who cant stop him!
he stood on our door step telling me how cheap they were, and that the guy at number 70 who was an accountant worked out he could save £300 a year! the guy in question is actually a retired car sales person!!!
once we'd got rid of him we called the police as we didnt like his tactics and explained to them the high number of vunerable old people, and in less than 5 minutes they were giving him a caution! i dont think he'll be back for a while!
and i certainly wouldnt be signing up to them in the future.
as it happens, we're still better off staying with british gas and powergen, our origional suppliers from years ago.
