Varying Quotes - Painting/Decorating 2 Bedrooms

I'm in the process of gathering quotes to paint/decorate one double and one single bedroom in our SE London house. They are both "average" sized.
Each room needs some minor filling/prep work, sanding, hanging of lining paper, and painting on walls, ceiling, skirting and interior door frame.
In addition there is a cupboard in one bedroom which needs sanding and painting inside and out, and a built in wardrobe in the other bedroom which needs some filling, sanding and painting of the doors only.
I've had three widely varying quotes of £495, £720 and £900 so far to do this work. Any opinions on fairness level of each?
The person quoting £900 says he thinks it will take 10 days work, the person quoting £720 and £495 each say around 5 days.
