Online Shoe Purchase

Hi all,

Recently I bought some sandals online (from mbtshoesale.com - recommended by a friend) and having worn them for a week or so, I'm not very happy with them.
They rub in at least 2 places (and cut my heel open) and just generally don't feel good. It's not that they're MBTs because I already have MBT shoes which I'm happy with.

What rights do I have to send them back claiming they're uncomfortable etc?

I feel I want to give them a bit more wear to see if they improve, but of course the longer I leave it, the harder a return could be.

Cheers,
Paul
