unbelievable bed delivery from littlewoods!

Can anyone help? I ordered a bed from littlewoods online and was given an expected delivery date monday 5th july 2010.
So having not heard anything i checked the telephone tracking service on sunday and was told to expect delivery between 7-5pm.I got my husband to dismantle the old bed and we took it to the tip out of the way of the new arrival.After an uncomfortable night on the floor I took the day off work and waited in all day but nothing arrived. I rang the tracking service again to be told (automatated) delivery 7pm at the latest if driver was delayed. By 7.05pm I had had enough and rang littlewoods. I was told I shouldn't have presumed the delivery was coming today as I had not been contacted directly from the courier! No apology and the manager wouldnt come to the phone as he didn't think it would help!!! But I did manage to get the number for the courier who would be able to tell me when they intended bringing the bed.
Unfortunatly on ringing they closed the office at 5pm! So I rang them on tuesday to be told they could not deliver before friday 9th july!! I had no choice but to accept this and wait.
Thursday I was contacted by the courier to tell me they would be delivering between 7.30-10.30am the next morning. Hurray I thought only 1 more night on the floor...
Alas by 11am the bed still had not arrived I rang both the courier and littlewoods and was told by both that they would ring me back...still waiting.
Monday 12th I rang littlewoods who would ring me back???? I have rang them again this morning and they are again ringing me back when they hear from the courier????
Am I being unreasonable expecting that someone will be able to tell me when I can have my bed delivered so I can stop sleeping on the floor as it is not helping my husbands bad back nor his pulled tendons in hie shoulder!!!:(
