    Agreed. You're under no obligation whatsoever to entertain anyone from Iqor - whether it's at the door or on the phone - and it doesn't matter what they say.

    Made a couple of payments onto the account now via internet banking which have been reduced from the balance outstanding.

    However today now received a letter from Robinson Way limited?

    This is very confusing as previous letters had come from Iqor?

    This letter states its a formal demand for payment and that payment must be now made to Robinson Way NOT HBOS.

    I read before about asking for a deed of assignment? would that be worth doing in this case? and can someone explain what it is.
