Advice needed - 3 bridesmaids dresses

Hi

I'm frantically filling in my turbo thingie ready for 5p listing day tomorrow and I have 3 brand new Monsoon flower girl dresses to sell from my wedding that never was

Question - do I list them individually or as a group of 3? What do you think would gain me the most money? Or would be more likely to sell?

And not being an Ebay whizz what do I do if someone wants to make an offer for all 3 if I list them individually?

Oh yeah I had another couple of random ones - what day is the best day to end an auction? and does it make any difference how long your listing is for?

We had a poll once about the best day for auctions to finish. I think Sunday won, and if you list a 10-day auction on the cheap listing day it'll finish on a Sunday. It's not really the best time of year for selling wedding clothes though, but they should still find a buyer.
I'd list the dresses separately but mention in the ads, including the titles, that the others are available. If someone makes an offer for all 3 before anyone has bid, you can revise your listing to include Buy It Now, and agree the price and the time you'll add it to your listing with your buyer. If you would consider ending an auction early after bidding starts in order to make a BIN sale, you should make that clear in your listing to be fair to potential buyers.

As it is a 5p day today everyone will be listing for 10 days to end on Sunday. Very often the Sunday 10 days after a cheap listing day is chaos and ebay has even temporarily crashed before now.

Bear that in mind and try to end at a time that is not usually so popular.

If the dresses are still available from Monsoon, I'd mention that too, in case someone wants to buy yours and additional dresses/ different sizes that you don't have.

The only thing you must not do is use photos from Monsoon to list the items. Take your own photos...

I didnt end up listing them after reading this thread - would I be right in assuming that Spring might be a better time to list them?????

It probably would be a better time to list them - they might not still be in the shops then and having three unworn/unused dresses may fetch a few bids.

You could either list them as one lot or list them as all three seperately but link them or you could put in your item description that you have another 2 the same that you can sell for the same price.
