Format email for video to USA

I want to email some video from my camcorder to the US. What are my options regarding compression and and are there any Pal/ntsc issues to sort out.

If you are just sending a file for playing on the computer then no you will not need to worry about PAL/NTSC issues. Only for DVD's.
If I were you, I'd use wmv or xvid to compress but you will lose some quality. But then if you use anything less "lossy" then you will have HUGE files to e-mail.
I edited some video the other day and 3 mins uncompressed from my camcorder was about 600MB which is about a CD's worth the e-mail! :shock:0
