Hi Guys
I've to ask your valuable opinion and pick all your brains?!?!?!
I've got problem neighbours and I'm trying to find out who owns or lets the property so I can complain to them.
Any tips or hints?
Thanks

Ever seen an agent's board?
Try writing to 'The owner' but bear in mind the occupiers/tenants might open it rather than forward it!
Google the address.
Check the electoral register for previous years. Owner may have lived`there before letting it out.0 -
