Our house has sold and weve found someone nice. Offer has been accepted and its all going through great.
Weve brought before but never sold are stuck when it comes to the legal process.
I know that we will have to go and sign papers at the solictors office.
When is this done then after how long do we get the keys to our new home?
A step by step guide would really help us. We do have a lot of stuff to move and weve really worried about doing so.
Ideally we would like to move over a day but weve been told that theyre would eb insurance implications in doing so.
The house that were moving to needs a small amount of work doing to it (putting in a stair bannister and rail) we would like to dot hsi before we move in a we have a little girl who im sure would try and jump off of it!
Can nayone please give us any advice?
