Faulty Sony MP3 player
Thormand
Bought a Sony MP3 player about 2 yrs ago for approx £70. Its now started to play up - volume fading in and out, faulty connections. My question is "is 2 years a reasonable life expectancy for such an MP3 player?"
Thanks in advance

You could try asking sony but outwith the first 6 months, it is assumed the fault wouldnt be inherent and the onus is on the consumer to prove that it is a defect and not simply wear and tear or misuse. You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride0
