well lloyds have still not paid up even though they said they would paid up within 21 dayswell that was nearly 2 weeks ago so i need too email them can anyone kindly let me know what the email address is to send them a message thanks

Has it been to FOS? if not, I would tell them you do not receive it within seven days you will take it there.
Your complaint to FOS would then be that they led you to believe the complaint was upheld but have not paid the redress.0 -

I think Lloyds are having problems. I had to nag and nag for 3 weeks after the 21 days for my last payment. By all accounts they generated a refund 3 times! Mmm I doubt this as it was Lloyds paying a Lloyds account so it should have actioned in seconds, even the last bloke I spoke to had to finally admit to this.
I was given the name of "Matthew Nicholson" as someone "higher up" who was investigating my "lost in the system" payments. Feel free to use it.
Customer.Care.Insurance@LloydsTSB.co.uk is the address I have used for all my queries.

One of mine with Lloyds have been 42 days so far and still waiting, yet on the first one it was exactly that of 21 days after they received the acceptance.
But as this one is not being refunded into a lloyds bank account, they are stating this is the reason why it takes longer.

hi i have recieved a email back they say it will be refunded in our account no later than the 2nd august watch this space lol:j0
