in Credit cards
hi all,
i have received a letter from mackenzie hall stating that i owe £150 (1998) from a overdraft/loan as they are not sure what the debt is, they know its barclays bank. they said my last payment was in 2001, They said that i should of received phone calls and letters in the last 9 years, however this is not the case. Have asked for paper work regarding the account, is there anything else i can do?
thanks
