What's my baggage allowance?

Flying with BMI on a multi-trip, booked it through Opodo who advised me my luggage allowance is 1 piece at 23kg, BMI advised me it is 2 pieces totalling 64kg. I'm assuming BMI are right but just worried I might get problems. One of the legs of the journey is with United Airlines and BMI said to check the allowance with them but then said I should be fine as they will honour the allowance set by BMI - is that the case?
2p off is still 2p off!

depends where you are going.
If the States, it's two pieces at 23kg each (it was 32kg ea until recently) on all flights
The current max weight per piece is 23kg - some airlines give lower aloowances than that for some destinations, ie if it's somewhere like Oz, it's one piece at anything between 20-23kg.
Safe journey:)"This is a forum - not a support group. We do not "owe" anyone unconditional acceptance of their opinions."0 -

Londondiva is absolutely correct.
Looks like BMI's allowance was set when the max for each bag was 32kg, so the new rules in effect make it a 46kg allowance.Gone ... or have I?0
