Offered Nationwide CashCard+ Account - Next Step?

Applied for a Flex Account online, but was offered a CashCard+.
Think this is to do with I only work part-time as well as being a student.
Couple questions:
They want some ID before they send cards out, is this the usual, copy of passport to confirm who I am etc...?
Is this a debit card?
If so, Electron or full visa? Or electron disguised as a full visa?

I dont think anyone will know the answer to this question yet as no ones recieved there new cashcard+ card yet.
Im presuming the card will be a full authorisation visa debit card though.Im an ex employee RBS GroupHowever Any Opinion Given On MSE Is Strictly My Own0 -
Yes it is usual to ask for ID.
The card is a Full Authorisation Visa debit card. You can not withdraw cash abroad with it from an ATM.0
