Form in MS Word help!

Hey all
I am filling out a job application form in MS Word and it is driving me crazy. One of the sections is currently formatted as a one page table. One small column on left with what you should write about, then the rest of the table is the section to write in. This is one page long.
The blurb that I am typing in is longer than one page but once it gets too long for the page, the bottom of the table doesn't shift onto the next page! the writing carries on (I can only see this if I copy and paste what I have written onto a normal Word document, not on the form). When I press print preview it does not show any of what I've written beyond the first page.
There is no word limit so there is no reason why the table won't continue on the next page! I need to write about 5 pages worth!
Any ideas of what I need to do to rectify it? I'm not very IT literate but should be able to do it if some kind person gives me simple to follow instructions!
Closing date is tomorrow, and I've got to finish this tonight.
Thanks in advance
x

Change the font size.
Or if you really are writing that much, copy the document, and have Document2, Document3 etc. whereby you only change that one page, and only print that page, assuming they want a hardcopy.
Other than that, theres most probably a reason why they have set it up like that, so people don't write too much (!)0 -

Thanks for the reply.
Changing the font size won't help as it will still be too long.
I'll try copying it into different documents now, but it's an electronic application not hardcopy. And it's an internal job so I know there is definately no word limit, I think the form is just awkward! :rotfl: You could not answer even a quarter of the person specification in one page!
