Can anyone help non-delivery of goods?

I ordered some cosmetics over a month ago online from cosmeticsforall.com I've phoned them many times and they say that they keep resending the items to my address but nothing turns up. Monday 5th July 2010 they said they sent the items signed for by Royal Mail but I still haven't got them.

Now I really don't know what to do, would like some advice, feel I have been ripped off.

There are people who will know for definite but you should report it to the Royal Mail so they can investigate.

In the meantime, personally......i would ask for a refund. I may just be cynical but i find it dubious that a company would keep resending item after item after item.

Alternatively, ask them for a tracking number and see if the dates/info they're giving you matches

I agree id demand a refund they are obviously not sending the items over and over again, its a tactic to keep you waiting even longer it could be the items you ordered are not in stock and they are waiting for these to come in from over seas and its taking ages so they fob everyone off by saying its been sent etc id not waste anymore time with them demand a refund for sure.
