Need Help about Delivery

I ordered a mobile online at very, payed extra for delivery between 7am-12noon its now nearly 4.30 still no delivery.
I phoned them up just after 12 saying my phone had not arrived and they refunded the delivery straight away but said it should be with me soon its on the van.
If i phone them again am i entitled to anything else,
I booked the morning off work and now had to have the rest of the day off unpaid waiting in for a delivery, it hasnt turned up when they said it will.
Any help appreciated
