Help please - London parking

ORIGINALLY POSTED IN WRONG SECTION - SORRY
Hi all,
I'm not sure if this is in the correct place but I was hoping some of you fine people may be able to help me with some questions I have got.
I'm going to London on Friday morning until Saturday afternoon. Me and a friend are driving as it works out much cheaper for us to split the diesel that it would be for an open return on the train.
Obviously though I would like to factor in the other charges so we can plan appropriately.
We are driving down the M1 and would like to park at Stanmore station and get the tube into Covent Garden where we are staying. We will also be watching Dirty Dancing in the west end but as someone who has only been to London a handful of times I'm not sure where the 'west end' is in relation to Covent Garden! lol (will google later)
So my questions are......
1) does anyone know how much it will cost for me to leave my car at Stanmore from approx 10am Friday until about 4pm Saturday?
2) the price of the tube for a 24 hour pass (one that you can go anywhere on) or Stanmore - Covent Garden open return?
