what can I do with ice cream

Options
We have 1 tub of vanilla ice cream and 1 tub of cherry ice cream in the freezer and I don't think we can finish eating all the ice cream before the winter. It's already chilly some days and don't feel like eating ice cream at all. :undecided

they are already taking a few spaces in the freezer and don't really want to keep them till next summer, unless I have no choice.

So, do you people have some sort of recipe where I can use ice cream

I once made tea and realised I had no milk, and put vanilla ice cream instead :D

Afogatto (spelling). Make really hot strong espresso and pour it over a ball of vanilla ice cream

Baked alaska- hot on the outside, cool on the inside
  • Vanilla icecream in tea! Sounds kinda nice.

    Only thing I can think of is...Big bowl...1 spoon!

Thou I did once make an icecream cake...alternate layers of icecream and sorbet, choc sprinkles on top.

Actually I'm seeing the GP next week and I'm going to ask him about feeling cold when temperature is warm outside. I was wearing socks and cardigan the other day. Dunno whether there's something wrong with me or it's the house or it's really cold outside  . Was told it can be anaemia.
But yeah, don't feel like eating ice cream anymore or anything cold :(
