Hi,
this is the first time I've posted on this thread
I have an ebay problem. I've taken loads of pics today and want to list my items tomorrow (5p) but once i'm logged in and click the sell button it asks over and over again for my log in details. I'm just off the phone to my sister and I asked her to log in for me and press the sell button and she managed no problem.
Can anyone help? I've sent an email to the helpdesk thingy but they take 24-48 hrs to respond and i may miss the deal.
There's no suspension or anything like that on my account but it's weird how it's doing this
What am i doing wrong?

I'm no good with techie stuff, but if all else fails, does your sister live close enough for you to go to her house and list from there? You could either take your photos on a disk, e-mail them or upload them to a hosting site e.g. Photobucket.com to access them from another computer.0

She lives about a 30 minute drive away but I really can't meet with her at all tomorrow, but thanks, it could have been an option.
Bleugh, I'm using internet explorer. I'm completely crap with computers so i'm sorry to say i've never heard of firefox. Strange how you're getting it too...
Here's hoping it'll sort itself out tonight
Thanks for your quick responses

I had this problem once, every time I tried to log in to sell it took me back to the log in page. It turned out that because I had reached my limit or I hadn't paid my fees they weren't going to let me list until I had put my paypal in to pay monthly.Do you have any outstanding fees etc?"Beauty is in the eye of the beholder and it may be necessary from time to time to give a stupid or misinformed beholder a black eye."...Miss piggy0

LittleL, have you managed to sort this yet?
Out of interest I waited until this morning and have just listed a BIN item just to see whether ebay works, and I had no problems at all.

Hi, no it's still not working, can't believe it! And no e-mail from ebay either. So tonight b/f said he'll sit with me (IT guy) and try and solve it before midnight. So here's hoping....
Alanalea I only joined ebay last month so maybe it's something I've done or not. Definitely not reached my limit and received an invoice and a thankyou so nothing there either. It's an enigma and really annoying, especially today of all days.
Wesker I'll try it thanks!
Thanks everyone

It is still OK for me. I would expand then on AlanLea's train of thoughts...are new accounts somehow limited to what or when they can post I wonder?
I know new users can't place BIN auctions for instance, so maybe there is another rule hidden away in there somewhere for standard auctions.
