We bought 2 separate items thro' Paypal.
One was from a website and one from Ebay. Both bought with a business credit card.
Neither have sent their goods and Paypal have admitted the non Ebay one is their fault, they can't do anything.
We are losing faith in Paypal (and Ebay) and people who don't answer their emails or send the items.
Can anyone help us as we are losing money due to these shister tradespeople:mad:

For the eBay item, how long ago did the auction end? If it's been more than a week you could start a PayPal dispute in order to try and recover the money.
What do you mean when you said that for the non-eBay item PayPal have admitted it was their fault?-->♥<-- Sugar Coated Owl -->♥<--

It was bought in June and he did start a dispute about the non Ebay item in July or whenever the time needed to elapse was. Yes Paypal says it is the other person's fault but can't get the money back .
My husband bought from an online shop found on the net that takes Paypal as payment. That was nothing to do with Ebay.
It is about 3 weeks ago since the Ebay auction ended.

Go to the credit card company, if you are still in time they should be able to chargeback on your behalf.

It was bought on a business credit card.
Apparently, it is different to a personal credit card. I told him to get his money back that way and he said it doesn't work the same way.
