Is this the correct way of looking at it - the amount claimed under the IPA or IPO must not exceed the amount of income from sources other than state benefits - in other words earned income.0 -

This has confused me.... I have an IPA and it is worked out on my salary, child maintenance and child tax credits as far as I can tell. I thought this was correct????BR 12th August 2009
